In a continuing effort to serve you better, A.R.K. New-Tech Ltd will continue to offer two programs for the upcoming drying season. First is the telephone support service program. Second is the Farm Fans pre-season grain dryer inspection program. These programs are explained in detail below. DRYER SERVICE PHONE SUPPORTA service problem solved over the phone saves time and money by avoiding costly on-site service. This program will give you unlimited phone service for the drying season. Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. After-hours voice mail and cell service will be dealt with in a timely manner. Customers who have purchased a new or used grain dryer from A.R.K. New-Tech will receive free Phone Support. Grain dryers not purchased from A.R.K. New-Tech will be subject to phone support costs. .
FARM FANS GRAIN DRYER PRE-SEASON SERVICE CONTRACTWith the possibility of wet and long harvesting seasons, we are offering our valued customers a pre-season service program. This program will benefit both of us! Grouping all of our dryer customers in each area will minimize the traveling mileage and time on the road. We can then pass on those savings to you. Scheduling will be done by May 15th . After May 15th the Farm Fans Grain Dryer Service Inspection Program will be offered at the regular service call rate. All customers purchasing a service contract will receive free Phone Support for that season. Replacement Parts and the labor to replace them are extra.
