In a continuing effort to serve you better, A.R.K. New-Tech Ltd will continue to offer two programs for the upcoming drying season.  First is the telephone support service program. Second is the Farm Fans pre-season grain dryer inspection program. These programs are explained in detail below.

DRYER  SERVICE  PHONE  SUPPORT

A service problem solved over the phone saves time and money by avoiding costly on-site service. This program will give you unlimited phone service for the drying season. Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. After-hours voice mail and cell service will be dealt with in a timely manner. Customers who have purchased a new or used grain dryer from A.R.K. New-Tech will receive free Phone Support.  Grain dryers not purchased from A.R.K. New-Tech will be subject to phone support costs.

FARM  FANS  GRAIN  DRYER  PRE-SEASON SERVICE  CONTRACT

With the possibility of wet and long harvesting seasons, we are offering our valued customers a pre-season service program. This program will benefit both of us! Grouping all of our dryer customers in each area will minimize the traveling mileage and time on the road. We can then pass on those savings to you. Scheduling will be done by May 15th . After May 15th  the Farm Fans Grain Dryer Service Inspection Program will be offered at the regular service call rate. All customers purchasing a service contract will receive free Phone Support for that season.  

Replacement Parts and the labor to replace them are extra.

22 Point Inspection List

• Inspect sparkplug/igniter. Adjust as needed.
• Inspect flame switch/scanner/flame rod. Clean and adjust as needed.
• Inspect and clean burner, solenoid valves & regulators
• Inspect and clean electrical cabinet.
• Inspect and check tightness of all panel connections.
• Inspect and clean panel components, including relays and starters.
• Inspect and clean air switch & air switch tubes.
• Inspect indicator lamps, lens cover, and fuses.
• Inspect belt and belt tension.
• Lubricate bearings on fans and fan motors with grease.
• Check and record fan motor amps.
• Inspect belt and hand crank assembly on metering drives.
• Inspect grain columns for blockages, cracks, rusted areas and plugged openings.
• Inspect metering system including housing, bearings, flanged clean out.
• Inspect chain and sprockets and adjust to proper tension.
• Inspect chains and/or belt guards as to proper placement.
• Inspect screw conveyor housings and flighting where possible.
• Check control circuits for possible tampering of the safety switches.
• Inspect vaporizer and regulator on LP systems
•  Remove fan blades & clean.
• Fill out a dryer performance sheet
• Test fire unit if possible. We need electrical power and fuel supply but no grain is needed.
