Our Parts Department is well stocked with the largest inventory of grain dryer parts in western Canada and our computer system is linked directly to the courier company for prompt parts shipments. New-Tech Ltd will continue to offer two programs, aside from our regular on farm service, for the upcoming drying season.  First is the Farm Fans Pre-season grain dryer inspection program.   Second is the telephone support service program. FARM  FANS  GRAIN  DRYER  PRE-SEASON SERVICE  CONTRACT

With the possibility of wet and long harvesting seasons, we are offering our valued customers a pre-season service program. This program will benefit both of us! Grouping all of our dryer customers in each area will minimize the traveling mileage and time on the road. We can then pass on those savings to you. Scheduling will be done by April 15th, 2010. After April 15th, 2010 the Farm Fans Grain Dryer Service Inspection Program will be offered at the regular service call rate. The checklist of what is done to the dryer is available on the back page. With the purchase of a Pre-season Service Contract you will receive free of charge our Dryer Phone Support Service.  Replacement Parts and the labor to install them is extra.

*New this year is that mileage will be charged out after the Service Contract has been completed at a Reduced Rate. This is to make the Pre-season Service Contract fair for everyone involved whether your farm is 10 minutes or 12 hours from our shop. To get an idea of what your Mileage Costs will be go to Google maps and find the distance from Manitou, MB to the town closest to your farm.

               Standard Mileage is $0.65 per km plus $65.00 per hour of travel.

   The Reduced Rated mileage for Pre-season Service Contracts ONLY is $0.40 per km and $40.00 per hour of travel.

 

DRYER  SERVICE  PHONE  SUPPORT

A service problem solved over the phone saves time and money by avoiding an on-site service call. This program will give you unlimited phone service for the drying season. Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. After-hours voice mail and cell service will be dealt with in a timely manner. Customers who have purchased a new or used grain dryer from A.R.K. New-Tech will receive free Phone Support.  Grain dryers not purchased directly from A.R.K. New-Tech will be subject to phone support fee.
