Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. After-hours voice mail and cell service will be dealt with in a timely manner. Customers who have purchased a new or used grain dryer from A.R.K. New-Tech will receive free Phone Support. Grain dryers not purchased from A.R.K. New-Tech will be subject to the phone support fee.
